Gems Merge

Tap on a stone to select it. Slide the selected gem onto an next gem with the same number to combine them. The merged gems will evolve into a next numbered jewel. Plan your moves to create larger numbered jewels and clear space on the board. The game ends when the board is filled and no more combinations can be made. Score is calculated on the top numbered stone you merge.
